1. Refund Eligibility

a) General Refunds: Clients may request a refund within 30 days of the first product payment if they are unsatisfied with our service. Refunds will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment.

b) Dedicated Server Refunds: Due to the nature of dedicated server services, clients can request a refund only within the first 7 days after the first product payment.

c) Exceptions: Refunds are not possible for domain registration, domain renewals, licences or SSL certificates as these services are provided by third-party vendors and have associated costs.

d) Prohibited Activities: We reserve the right to deny refund requests from clients who have used our services for prohibited activities such as spamming, brute force attacks, network scanning, flooding, DDoS attacks, or phishing. In such cases, no refund will be issued, and the client's account may be terminated.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team through the designated channel (email, phone, or support ticket). Provide your account information, the product or service you are seeking a refund for, and a detailed reason for your refund request. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

Please note that refunds may take up to 4 business days to process, depending on your financial institution.
